A well-known name in the Financial Services sector is a member based organisation, where its members are other financial institutes.
Problem: As the organisation grew, there was a need for a formal member engagement framework to drive improved decision making.
Solution: A review was undertaken to determine the pain points. This was then workshopped with a core focus group to put in place a Relationship Framework. The framework was established on three pillars – Understanding, Trust and Value. Measures were put in place to track increase in the value of these three pillars.
The relationship Framework was successfully implemented and the target increase in the value of three pillars was achieved within the first year itself.

Problem: A well-known Australian brand was struggling with staff productivity issues due to siloed departmental structures.
Solution: Key stakeholders were interviewed across departments to understand what was working well and where further improvements were required. A tailored workshop style training was put in place to improve relationships and create cross-functional team bonding to improve productivity.

Problem: There was a lot of conflict within Staff turning the workplace culture toxic
Solution: Group coaching sessions were held with staff to make them aware of each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Through facilitated sessions, they created strategies to support each other and resolve situations before they turned into conflict.
Within 3 months the team had transformed into a cohesive and supportive group.

Problem: A leading Australian Charity had a low success rate with technology projects
Solution: A 360 deg review of the project delivery was undertaken with participation from IT, Business and Executive stakeholders. The review highlighted a need for a delivery framework which was collaborative, trackable and measurable.
Findings of the review were implemented over a period of 6 months by creating a project delivery framework and recruiting a team to support it. Additional training was designed and delivered to improve cross functional collaboration.
